Dr. Amy Dolan, DPT, RYT 200
Yoga Instructor

Amy’s yoga journey began in college as she was studying physical therapy.  These practices grew and evolved symbiotically over the past 2 decades with each practice informing and strengthening the other. In 2019, she deepened her yoga practice with the completion of her 200-hour teacher training at the Yoga Garden in Philadelphia under Mark Nelson and Nikki Robinson. Not long after receiving her RYT 200, her physical therapy focus shifted toward pelvic health which led her to pursue a Pelvic Health Specialist certification through EIM Institute of Health Professionals.   Amy’s classes feature strong, fluid sequences grounded in mindfulness.  She teaches a broad spectrum of poses and movements with a special appreciation for the pelvic region - where all movement originates.  She aims to help students cultivate their own intuitive wisdom about their body guided by her combination of expertise in anatomy and movement.

Joan Vredenburgh
Yoga Instructor

Joan found yoga over 20 years ago and practiced it on and off until a running injury brought her to the mat full time. It was then she discovered that yoga was more than poses; it was also a path to help her slow down and reconnect with herself and others.

In 2018, she completed her 200-YTT with Coral Brown at All That Matters and has been sharing her practice with others ever since.  The first Yama—Ahimsa—to do no harm, guides her yoga teaching.  Joan strives to create safe and welcoming vinyasa classes, suitable for students of all levels and abilities.
